Kustom BidCo AB (publ) (“Kustom” or the “Company”) hereby publishes its half-year report for H1 2025. The report is available on the Company’s website: https://kustom.co/investors. Below is a summary of the contents.
Over 20,000 merchants migrated to Kustom’s new platform
The Kustom BidCo AB Group, including its wholly owned subsidiary Kustom AB, reports a second quarter with stable revenues, margins and costs in line with expectations.
The quarter was marked by one of Kustom’s largest deliveries to date: the migration to the upgraded platform is essentially complete. Nearly the entire transaction volume is now processed through Kustom’s own infrastructure, resulting in long-term stable costs per transaction while maintaining margins.
Net revenue amounted to 292.8 MSEK, operating profit to 43.1 MSEK and net income to -11.5 MSEK.
– With nearly all merchants on our new platform, we are now seeing a 60 basis point increase in conversion rates, driven by an improved checkout experience. This is clear proof that our enhanced product is already delivering commercially positive results for our merchants, says Kamjar Hajabdolahi, CEO of Kustom BidCo AB.
Other operating costs are developing according to plan, providing room for continued merchant growth and further development of the offering.
Kustom’s diversified merchant portfolio means transaction volumes are not exposed to industry-specific trends, but they do reflect broader market movements. During the quarter, households have remained cautious about increasing their consumption.
During the quarter, Kustom’s main focus was on supporting merchants in the transition to the new platform. In addition, around 400 new merchants started using Kustom during the period, and new agreements were signed with several larger and well-known brands such as CAIA Cosmetics, Milrab and Haglöfs.
Several existing merchants also extended or expanded their contracts, including Haypp Group, Nortic and Desenio. Kustom also worked closely with Haypp Group on the development of a new internationally adapted age verification solution at checkout, an example of how product development takes place in close dialogue with merchants.
The Company also published its first consumer report, How shoppers want to check out and pay, showing that transparency and trust are critical to the shopper experience. This confirms the value of Kustom’s offering, which combines high conversion with responsible payment methods that build long-term loyalty.
