Kustom BidCo AB (publ) publishes Year-end Report 2025

Kustom BidCo AB (publ) (“Kustom” or the “Company”) today publishes its year-end report for 2025. The report is available on the Company’s website: https://kustom.co/investors. Below is a summary of the report.

Stable operations during the most intensive trading period of the year

The Kustom BidCo AB Group, including the wholly owned subsidiary Kustom AB, reports a fourth quarter with revenues and margins in line with plan.

The fourth quarter, including Black Week and the Christmas trading season, represents the most business-critical period of the year for the Company’s merchants. In December, Kustom delivered 100 percent uptime and handled the highest transaction volumes of the year without interruption, peaking at 1,200 transactions per minute during Black Week.

Net revenue amounted to SEK 320.5 million, operating profit to SEK 39.3 million, and profit for the period to SEK -10.4 million.

As previously communicated, comparables are impacted by merchants included in the acquisition of the checkout business who had already decided to change provider prior to the transfer. The effect has materialized according to plan and represents the main reason for the decline in revenue. With continued inflow of new merchants and already signed agreements to be activated during the year, Kustom sees favorable conditions for growth in 2026.

Market demand remains solid, with particularly strong development among enterprise merchants. During the quarter, new agreements were signed and several larger existing merchants chose to expand and renew their partnerships, including NA-KD, which has now consolidated its entire global checkout with Kustom.

More than 430 new merchants started using Kustom during the quarter. In addition, new agreements were signed with, among others, A Day’s March, Forenom, Felleskjøpet and Vitusapotek.

For the year as a whole, 2025 marks a significant commercial milestone, with approximately SEK 13 billion in signed annual transaction volume that has been launched during the year or will be gradually launched over the coming twelve months. This reflects strong market confidence in Kustom’s checkout solution and serves as an important indicator of future revenue development.

Kustom’s data shows that merchants who implemented the upgraded platform during the quarter increased revenue on average through higher conversion rates and higher average order value.

“This demonstrates the business value of a transparent and user-friendly checkout that reduces friction at the final step of the buying journey,” says Kamjar Hajabdolahi, CEO of Kustom.

During the quarter, the offering was expanded with four new local payment methods. This strengthens Kustom’s position across several European markets and enables merchants to combine locally relevant payment methods and currencies with international reach through a single integration.

In 2026, Kustom will continue to prioritize online commerce while expanding its offering to unify online and in-person commerce. The merchant-first strategy remains firm, with continued focus on long-term business value for merchants.
